Triulzi Glass Washing and Drying Systems

Triulzi glass washing and drying systems are high-efficiency industrial lines that ensure the flawless cleaning of flat and coated (low-e) glass prior to lamination, coating and insulating glass production. The washing body is made entirely of stainless steel; the glass surface is precisely cleaned with water sprayed homogeneously through cylindrical brushes and nozzles. Drying is performed with high-pressure fan-fed stainless steel air knives, achieving complete dryness without leaving marks on the surface.

With models such as SY Low-Emission, Jumbo Size, Compact High Tech, Toscana and Mini, it offers a wide range of solutions from small glass of 45×45 mm up to jumbo sizes; an ultrasonic washing variant is also available. The operating speed is electronically controlled, monitored on a digital display, and performance of up to 60 m/min can be achieved. It can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated with insulating glass lines, vertical drilling, edging and straight-edge processing machines.
