Deltamax Glass Defect Detection System

Deltamax GlassInspector is an artificial vision–based defect detection system that automates quality control on flat glass lines. It detects defects such as bubbles, scratches, residues, dirt, black spots, and low-e coating surface flaws directly on the line without slowing down production. With an image resolution of 0.2 mm/pixel, it captures small defects down to 0.4 mm; it operates on glass up to 50 mm thick and at line speeds up to 60 m/min.

It can inspect any type and shape of glass, including clear, low-e, selective, and body-tinted glass. Its 64-bit technology works without reducing production speed; it classifies defects by severity using color codes and reports them with location data and photographs. The Production Analyzer software archives data, generates statistics, analyzes defect causes, and produces quality certificates.

Its modular design integrates into existing lines without requiring modifications and offers adjustable quality levels.
