Keraglass Vision 800 Tempering Furnace

The Keraglass Vision 800 is an oscillating tempering furnace developed for the safe tempering of flat glass. It operates with a high-pressure blowing system in the heating chamber and preheated air circulation at approximately 700 °C; the powerful convection above and below the rollers distributes heat across the glass surface extremely homogeneously. Thanks to this convection technology, even the latest-generation low-e (low-emissivity) coated glasses at the E=0.01 level can be successfully tempered.

Its design, which minimizes heat losses and optimizes energy use, significantly reduces energy consumption while increasing production capacity and the optical quality of the tempered glass. Tempering increases the mechanical and thermal strength of glass several times over and ensures that, in the event of breakage, the glass separates into small pieces with a low risk of injury. This meets the safety glass standards sought in architectural facade, furniture, household appliance, and interior applications.

The advanced control system allows precise adjustment of heating–cooling recipes for each glass type and repeatable results with high flatness.
